On Saturday, 9th May 2026, Innovations Dream Hub (IDH) successfully organized the Teenage Girls’ Conference in Chereponi under the theme “Confidence, Leadership, Equality – The Teenage Girls’ Pathway.”
The conference brought together teenage girls who had completed their BECE to learn, share, and grow in a safe and engaging environment. Sessions covered vital topics including Building Self-Esteem, Sexual & Reproductive Health Rights, Addressing Gender Inequalities & Violence, and Leadership Development.
The Guest of Honor delivered a powerful keynote address, urging girls to embrace confidence, step into leadership, and advocate for equality in their schools and communities. Resource facilitators engaged participants through interactive talks, role plays, and group reflections, leaving the girls motivated and empowered.
Beyond learning, the conference also fostered mentorship, peer support, and community collaboration. Partners and supporters provided refreshments, venue facilities, and media coverage, ensuring the program’s success.
