The Second Edition of the Anufors Diaspora Awards & Festival, organized by the Anor Events Crew, has been hailed as a resounding success after bringing together dignitaries, community leaders and diaspora representatives at the Prempeh Assembly Hall in Kumasi.
The event, held on Saturday, June 13, 2026, celebrated excellence, unity and cultural pride, with distinguished guests of honor gracing the occasion
The festival was chaired by HRM, Overlord of Chorkorsi Community in Ashanti Region, who also serves as Chief Patron of Anor Events Crew. The event’s ambassador and sponsor, Mr. Adams Kwaku Ofori (Strong Man Adams), reaffirmed his commitment to supporting diaspora initiatives and cultural empowerment.
The program featured award presentations, cultural displays and inspiring speeches that highlighted the importance of diaspora contributions to Ghana’s development. The official host, Sadiq A.S. Frinjei, guided the audience through an engaging celebration that blended tradition with modern recognition.
